Facial Contouring
FaceTite
Scarless face and neck contouring with radiofrequency — meaningful tightening without the recovery of an open facelift.
Overview
Scarless face and neck lift — radiofrequency precision.
FaceTite uses the same radiofrequency technology as BodyTite, sized for the delicate anatomy of the face and neck. Jowls, jawline, neck, and chin reshaping — without the long incisions of a traditional facelift.
How it works
A clear, step-by-step picture.
Local anesthesia
Performed in our procedure suite under local with light sedation.
RF tightening
Internal probe and external electrode work together to melt small fat deposits and contract collagen.
Same-day discharge
Compression chin strap for the first week; most return to social activities within 5–7 days.

Risks & honest considerations

Common questions, answered honestly.
Will I look 'done'?
FaceTite produces natural-looking tightening — not the over-pulled look of older facelifts.
How much does FaceTite cost?
$4,500–$7,500 depending on zones treated (jowls, neck, midface). Not insurance-covered. Financing available.
Is it as good as a facelift?
For mild-to-moderate skin laxity, yes — and scarless. For severe laxity (significant jowls, heavy neck), a traditional surgical facelift produces stronger results. Dr. Perryman will tell you honestly which option fits your anatomy.
How much downtime?
Most patients return to work in 5–7 days. Visible swelling and bruising fade over 2–3 weeks. Final contraction shows at 3–6 months.
How long do the results last?
3–5 years on average. Combining with good skincare and sun protection extends longevity.
Will I look 'pulled'?
No. FaceTite tightens existing tissue rather than repositioning skin, so the result is a refined version of you — not a different face.
