Bariatric surgery involves several separate costs — surgeon, facility/hospital, anesthesia, and follow-up care. The hospital financial coordinator reviews your expected costs and confirms coverage before your preoperative workup, so you have a clear picture before any procedure is scheduled.
Pre-op evaluation, the procedure itself, and your scheduled post-op visits with Dr. Perryman.
Operating room, recovery, and any inpatient stay — billed by the hospital.
Billed separately by the anesthesia provider.
Nutrition coaching, labs, and structured follow-up visits in the months after surgery.
