Who is eligible for bariatric surgery?
If you have a BMI between 30 and 50, you are a good candidate for bariatric surgery.

Dr. Perryman’s passion for combatting the pandemic of obesity began over a decade ago, during his surgical residency at Stanford University. This led him to complete a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Weight Loss Surgery at Stanford University in 2010. Dr. Perryman gleaned the most advanced techniques in Weight Los Surgery from the former president of the American Society of Metabolic and Weight Los Surgery, Dr. John Morton. Dr. Perryman is a full active member of the American Society of Metabolic and Weight Los Surgery. Most recently, he has been recognized by his colleagues as one of the Bay Area’s Top Doctors for 2018.
